Central Services Portal is now Live!

Wondering where to go for the latest in developer tools and standards? Looking for all things data? Need to find information on platforms and infrastructure? 

Look no further! Developer Experiences (DevX), Data Experiences (dx), and Comcast Cloud Technologies (CCT) have partnered to create Central Services to RUN, GROW, AND PROTECT your experiences and empower you with everything you need to succeed!

Welcome to the soft launch of the Central Services Portal. The portal was created to accelerate product innovation while fostering developer satisfaction and well-being by reducing cognitive load and context switching, ultimately empowering developers to bring new products and features to market faster and more seamlessly. The portal will provide single entry way to access all these products and services between CCT, DevX and dx.

The current soft launch provides the following features:

• Access to CCT, DevX and dx intake forms 
• One place to see all Communities including Office Hours and Support Channels 
• Links to all knowledge bases, showcasing documentation and resources for CCT, DevX, and dx products

As part of this initiative, we’d love to hear from you to ensure we provide the best experience possible. Please use this link to participate in user research sessions and give feedback on the Central Services Portal and what you’d like to see in the future. Sessions will begin in January 2025 and take place over 4 weeks, totaling about 60 minutes of your time.
